Blueprint purchases

Blueprint products are non-refundable 14 days after delivery. Cohort seats are refundable up to 7 days before start date. Enterprise engagements follow the terms of the signed contract.

Sync licensing

All sync licensing is governed by the separate sync licence terms that accompany each signed agreement.

The site is provided as-is. We exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law; this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
